April 20th Executive Order Temporarily Suspending Immigration
On April 20th, via tweet, the President of the United States informed us that he “will be signing an Executive Order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States” in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Until the actual Executive Order is issued, we are unable to provide you with any information regarding how your immigration status will be affected.
We don’t have any information regarding how this will impact cases which are currently pending with the various U.S. government entities, cases for which were preparing to respond to Request for Evidence aor cases (such as H-1B cases) that we are in the process of preparing to file with the USCIS.
The Law Offices of KahBo Dye-Chiew will be continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates when they become available.
