Honolulu just became tastier

I am pleased to report that in May 2023, the Law Offices of KahBo Dye-Chiew was successful in classifying two foreign chefs as persons of outstanding ability pursuant to the nonimmigrant “0-1” status. These chefs are now authorized to work in the United States for the restaurant which petitioned for them for a period of three years. We were able to convince the USCIS that each chef, based on their unique personal backgrounds and skills, has achieved international recognition and is one of the few who has risen to the top of the culinary scene.
